Hi, I’m Mari. I created Ivy Lane to be the leading domestic staffing agency amongst Los Angeles and San Francisco’s most exclusive clients. In addition to being an estate manager for ultra high net-worth principals, I have been placing domestic staff for over 10 years and have worked as a childcare professional for over 15 years. Throughout my career I’ve always taken great joy in helping families find more time to spend with each other by introducing and connecting families with their perfect match whether it be a personal assistant, nanny, chef, housekeeper, executive assistant, and more.
I understand the challenges of finding a truly ideal match, and when it comes to hiring, nobody should have to settle. That is why my vision for Ivy Lane has always been to build the highest quality network of clients and domestic staff. This may sound simple, but without strong fundamentals none of our other offerings would even matter.
